Embedding CEaD into culture, strategy and practice to create lasting community-led change.
A strategic session exploring how organisations, partnerships and systems can create the conditions for CEaD to flourish. Building on the learning from Webinars 1 and 2, this session examines how community engagement and development can move from isolated projects to becoming a core part of organisational culture, strategy and service delivery.
We will explore the evidence behind relationship-based approaches, the outcomes CEaD can deliver for communities and organisations, and the practical actions leaders can take to embed sustainable approaches to community engagement and development.
In Webinar 3 we will cover:
The impact of CEaD on people, communities, services and systems
How CEaD contributes to prevention, early intervention and reducing inequalities
Creating the organisational culture needed to support CEaD
Leadership behaviours that enable community-led change
Building community engagement and development into strategy, commissioning and service design
Developing workforce capability and confidence
Working across organisational boundaries and sectors
Capturing outcomes, stories and evidence of impact
Common barriers to implementation and how to overcome them
Developing a phased approach to embedding CEaD across organisations and systems
Participants will leave with practical ideas, implementation considerations and a clearer sense of potential next steps for embedding CEaD within their own organisation or partnership work.
